AAMC Graduation Questionnaire

The Medical School Graduation Questionnaire (GQ) is a national questionnaire administered by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). For 2009, there will be two surveys:

1) The Program Evaluation Survey includes questions directly related to your medical school experience. To access this survey, please enter the school specific token ID, which was emailed to you from the hooding email account. This survey is completely anonymous.

2) The Supplemental Survey on Financial Aid, Career Intentions, and Diversity addresses questions related to debt, choice of specialty, and the cultural environment of the medical school. To access this survey, you will need to login using your AAMC ID Number. Your answers to this survey will include personally identifiable information; however, you will be given the option to release this information to the medical school.

Please take the time to complete both surveys. We rely on this information to consider major changes in our medical education program. Your completion of this survey gives us important feedback on your experience, and your information is compared to all medical students across the country, so the information is incredibly valuable.
