Class Composite Photo

4th year Graduating Class & ERAS photos must be completed by December 31, 2008.

You should schedule an appointment with photographer Carol Martin, who is typically available to take your photo during the following hours:

Mondays, 10:30 am---5:00 pm
Tuesdays, 8:30 am --5:00 pm
Wednesdays, 8:30 am---3:00 pm

The sitting takes less than 15 minutes, including your previewing of the images, at which time you can choose your favorite. The photographer will take care of the transporting of the images to Trudy Furberry for ERAS, but will keep one on file for your graduation photo.

Attire:
For men: Jackets and ties
For women: Well-tailored blouses or sweaters, or a blazer/jacket.
Please no bright white, light grey, and pastel blue tops, unless it's partially covered with a sweater or jacket.

The photography studio is located off Room T-265 of the Health Sciences Building on the same floor and just down the hall from the main entrance of the Health Sciences Library. The room on the left as you enter T-265 is the studio.

If you would like prints of your portrait, Health Sciences Photography has excellent prices, especially for portrait packages. Since your sitting for the portrait is FREE to you, these prints are a good value. You can check out the prices on the Health Sciences Academic Services & Facilities website.

Important things to remember:

• The SOM will cover the portrait sitting fee only.
• If you do not show up for your appointment, the photographer will charge you a "no show" fee of $46.
• If you are late to an appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $46.
• The SOM will not cover any photo retakes.
