Spring student research display on the horizon
Once again this spring the library will host a poster
display featuring current student work in Restoration Ecology and Environmental
Horticulture. Present a poster highlighting your work (not necessarily a major
project; use anything interesting you've been doing recently) and help make the
2015 display, beginning in early May, the best yet. We especially need a
motivated student to take on a leadership role in organizing the event. Contact us for submission guidelines or to
volunteer.
Flower Photographs: A Winter Show by Jennifer Rose
Jennifer Rose will exhibit her photographic art at the Miller Library January 6
through February 14. Please visit the library for an opening reception on Friday, January 9,
from 5 to 7 pm. Originally from Seattle, Jennifer Rose now resides and
teaches meditation in Portland. Her photographs celebrate the four
seasons of bloom we enjoy in the Northwest as well as our region's unique diffusion and angles of light.
