Gardening on the Internet
How do I find the on-line catalog for my favorite nursery?
This has become pretty easy as search engines just get better and better. What's a search engine? These are websites that provide you a way to search the Internet using key words or phrases. Examples include AllTheWeb, Alta Vista, Google and Yahoo.
Go to your favorite, type the nursery name in the search box and press "Enter" or click on "Search" or some similar command. A long list of websites with brief annotations will appear. In most cases your goal will come up as the first choice. Click on the highlighted link and there you are!

You can even try typing the nursery name into the address line of your web browser (e.g., Firefox or Internet Explorer). Since most newer browsers have an integrated search engine, this usually works too!
