Gardening on the Internet
How do I find plant societies or garden clubs?
Several good directories of horticultural organizations exists, including:
Web Resources - Organizations and Plant Societies: The Miller Library's
comprehensive list of clubs and societies with websites in the Puget Sound region. Arranged alphabetically.

Garden Web Directory: Allows browsing by catagory but for the best results search by keyword. Will
also list some gardens and collections.

Google Web Directory - Home/Gardening/Associations: Several
of the general directories include
gardening sections. This one is particularly well organized, especially as it allows review by either
alphabetical order or usage.

For plant or plant group societies searching on the name in your favorite search engine is also a good technique, especially for national organizations. Many of those national organizations will have a list of links to regional societies.
