HIV Primary Infection Clinic

About us

The Primary Infection Clinic is a 17-year-old federal-grant-funded research clinic, part of the University of Washington's extensive HIV research effort to understand and help conquer HIV. We have a research program for newly infected HIV positive individuals. Our studies provide free visits and free lab tests.

We are currently enrolling for two studies, our long-standing natural history study and the partner study for partners of new natural history study enrollees. Please refer to the Seattle links page for links to studies other groups are conducting.

This site also includes links to scientific papers that have been generated from our past and current studies.
