Current Studies
The Link Study (HPTN 039) -- a study to see if suppressing herpes outbreaks in HIV-negative men with herpes will prevent them from getting HIV

Past Studies
The Herpes Prevalence Study -- a study looking at the prevalence of herpes in men who have sex with men
VISION -- a study comparing behavior between men who have already enrolled in a vaccine trial to men who are interested in enrolling in a vaccine trial in the future.
Project Explore -- a behavior trial looking at the efficacy of counseling that is available to people getting tested for HIV.
Human Herpesvirus-8 (HHV-8) -- a sub-study of Project Explore that looks at how HHV-8 is transmitted.
VAXGEN Vaccine trial -- a phase III vaccine trial testing the efficacy of an HIV vaccine
The Gel Study -- a study testing the safety of two microbicides compared to an over-the-counter lube people use during sex.
014 Vaccine Study -- a phase II vaccine study testing the safety of an HIV vaccine.
Reality Condom Study -- a study looking to see if the receptive, or "Reality" condom was a safe and acceptable barrier to HIV when used during anal intercourse.
BIT 015 Pilot Study -- a study testing the feasibility of various aspects of the Project Explore protocol.
Be a Hero - Vaccine Preparedness Study -- a study looking at the feasibility of conducting an HIV vaccine efficacy trial.
Nonoxyl-9 Couple Study -- a study testing the safety of a cream containing Nonoxynol-9 when used during anal intercourse.
