All rates are in US dollars, are per day and are non-negotiable.
We do not offer hourly rates.
On the above listings of equipment rental rates, the appropriate A, B, C rate applies to the each day’s use for an event when in conjunction with will-call or delivery service, with the exception of the videoconferencing system which is charged per hour. A “day’s use” is defined as any time during 8 AM - 5 PM of check-out day to 5 PM of the next work day. Each additional day is at the full rate.
Extension of contracted rental agreements must be completed PRIOR to the termination of original rental period. Otherwise, a late charge of full base rate for each day overdue will be added to the original rental rate. The late charge for the videoconferencing system will be a per hour rate for each hour overdue. Requests for reservations of equipment received after termination of the original rental period will be treated as a new request.
Use of installed equipment in conjunction with operator service will be charged at the installed rates listed above. Any, and all, equipment brought by the operator will be charged on a per item basis, in addition to the installed rate.
Monday through Friday before 8:00 am & after 5:00 pm after hours labor rates apply. All labor on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is charged at the after hours rate.
Users of installed equipment are charged at the appropriate A, B or C rate for each date per event.
All groups are charged a rental fee for our non-teaching spaces on a per event per day basis. Non-University groups are also charged a room rental fee based on room capacity, which is per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
