Classroom Services updates the course information in the Student Database (reflected in the Time Schedule) for all university Classes held in the Magnuson Health Sciences Center and South Campus Center rooms 308 & 309. In this case, a course is one that is offered to students enrolled at the University of Washington and has been approved by the university’s Curriculum Committee. This does not include continuing education or other university training courses. To submit a request for these other events, please refer to our Room Reservations Web page.
To submit an update, please consult with your department’s curriculum coordinator and have them select and send the appropriate form below.
Please note: Only forms submitted by your departments designated curriculum coordinator will be accepted.
Note to students: these forms are for changes to the Time Schedule, and are not related to student registration. To make changes to your class schedule, please use the online registration system via MyUW, or talk to your advisor.
To submit a change for a course that is to be held in any other building, please use the Office of the Registrar's Quarterly Time Schedule Change Form.
