The TV monitors located on the 2nd floor near the E-Court Cafe and on the 4th floor near the pedestrian bridge are used to advertise events and general Health Sciences information. The system is updated each Monday morning for the following week's events.

Typical announcement include the following information:
- Name of department or school
- Name of lecture
- Name of presenter
- Date of event
- Time of event
- Location
