Group 4 Health & Safety Committee

Group 4 Health & Safety Committee represents all Health Sciences Schools and Centers. It is one of 11 organizational unit committees that look at the accident / incident reports pertinent to their area for evaluation and resolution of any on-going issues. Elections are held every two years.

EH&S offers online and open-enrollment classroom courses, most of which are free to faculty, staff, and students of the University of Washington.

General Asbestos Awareness, Online Training

This online course satisfies the regulatory requirement for every UW employee to receive training in general asbestos awareness. A certificate will be generated at the end as proof of completion.

Membership on the committee is comprised of elected, appointed, and ex officio members from:
