2009 Extended Degree Program Celebration for Students
New Students, Continuing Students, and Graduating Students, and Alumni
On June 26th, from 1-5:00pm, ExDP will host a reception for students, mentors, faculty, staff, and their families/friends. The graduating cohort will have a chance to say a few words about what they've learned and experienced in the past couple of years as well as a time for students to meet and network. Location is TBD and will be announced as soon as confirmed. Cap and gown not required.

2009 Health Services Department Graduation Celebration
The Health Services Department has scheduled its graduation event for MPH programs for Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in the Burke Museum. Reception and words from the Program Directors to recognize the graduating cohorts will be presented. Families welcomed and encouraged to attend. No caps or gowns.

2009 School of Public Health Awards Ceremony & Graduation Celebration
The 2009 SPH Annual Awards Ceremony & Graduation Celebration honors graduates receiving their dgrees Autumn 2008 through Summer 2009. The event will take place on Friday, June 12, 2009 beginning at 3 PM in Hogness Auditorium in the Health Sciences Building. All family, friends, students, faculty and staff are invited to attend. A catered reception follows in the Health Sciences Lobby. The wearing of caps and gowns is encouraged, but not required.

UW Commencement
Husky Stadium Saturday, June 13th, 12:00 pm
The online registration/order form is at www.uwgraduation.com to order parking permits and/or apparel between May 4th and May 24th. Please note that apparel and parking permits can only be obtained via the registration/order form. Masters degree students do not walk up to the stage, but stand with others as a group. Caps and gowns are required.

Students who graduated Between Summer 2008 and Winter Quarter 2009 will be listed in the program for sure.
Masters students who are graduating in Spring 2009 must have their Master's or Doctoral Requests http://www.grad.washington.edu/commencement/dept-info.htm Deadline has passed to have your name listed in the program, but you may walk/attend commencement with your name appearing in the program next year.
Masters students who are graduating in Summer 2009 may walk/attend commencement, but will not have their names in the program until next year.
