Marlana Kohn

Marlana is an HPRC research scientist, and she will present research from her master's thesis. Changes in eligibility requirements and the recent economic downturn have resulted in increasing participation in food assistance programs; however, 1 in 7 households and 1 in 10 children still experience food insecurity. Please join us for a presentation and discussion on the relationship among food assistance, food security, and weight status in youth, drawing on nationally representative data.
