(Web page for registered students) The Health Services PhD Doctoral Seminar provides a forum for the presentation of research projects (with an emphasis on methods), the discussion of health policy issues, and student reports on work-in-progress. At the end of the quarter students should be able: 1. To apply various methods in health services research; 2. To analyze a health policy issue; 3. To recognize important health services problems and cast them as research questions; 4. To write a persuasive answer to a health services question; 5. To critique scientific journal articles;
