Marie Erbstoeszer teaches graduate level courses related to health services program planning and evaluation, strategy development, managing change, and developing community health partnerships. For the past twenty years, Marie has done management consulting specializing in health care strategic planning, management advisory services, strategy and market development. Clients include: hospitals, physician group practices, pubic health agencies, home health and hospice providers, kidney dialysis centers, ambulatory surgery centers, blood banks and community groups.

Forecasting the future need for acute care hospital beds in East King County. Assisting in the development of strategies for Overlake Hospital regarding obtaining the number of new acute care hospital beds needed to meet its planned initiatives.
Susan G. Komen Foundation - Puget Sound Chapter: Needs Assessment
Working with a team of consultants to assist the Susan G. Komen Foundation in identifying unmet needs regarding breast health and breast cancer services in 16 Western Washington counties.
Providence Everett Medical Center - Development of Certificate of Need for a new Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Working with Providence Everett Medical Center to develop the Certificate of Need Application to submit to the Washington State Department of Health for its approval of a new Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Work includes: forecasting, strategy development and regulatory processes.
