Dr. Welton currently is a Senior Lecturer in the MHA Program. He served as Program Director from 2001-2012. Prior to joining the UW faculty, Dr. Welton founded the School of Public Health at MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. From 1972 - 1994, Dr. Welton served in a variety of senior management and leadership roles in several of the nation's leading health systems and academic medical centers.
