Center for Cost and Outcomes Research  -  CCOR

The mission of the Center for Cost and Outcomes Research is to discover the most cost-effective approaches to improving the health of patients and populations, and identify ways to put these improvements into practice.  CCOR carries out this mission by advancing the state of knowledge and improving methodologies for studying the costs, quality and outcomes of clinical, programmatic and organizational approaches to patient care, disease prevention, and health promotion.

 
Center for Disability Policy and Research

Center for Disability Policy & Research  -  CDPR

The mission of the Center for Disability Policy and Research is to shape disability policy and service delivery through the following means:   Conduct policy analyses of health and human services designed to prevent and minimize impact of disabling conditions, integrate and coordinate existing services, and assure access to high quality health services for people with disabilities.

 
Health Promotion Research Center

Health Promotion Research Center  -  HPRC

The Health Promotion Research Center conducts community-based dissemination research on healthy aging and reduction of health disparities, with a focus on five areas: older adult physical health, falls prevention, older adult depression management, workplace health promotion, and cancer prevention and control. In collaboration with partners in diverse communities and settings, the center develops, tests, and disseminates innovative health promotion strategies in Washington State, the Pacific Northwest, and the nation. HPRC is one of 33 Prevention Research Centers funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

 
Northwest Center for Public Health Practice

Northwest Center for Public Health Practice  -  NWCPHP

The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice provides practice-oriented education and training programs for practitioners in public health agencies and community-based health centers. NWCPHP works with health agencies throughout the Northwest in developing these programs.

 
Center Public Health Informatics

Center for Public Health Informatics  -  CPHI

The Center for Public Health Informatics is an interdisciplinary environment that supports innovative research into information and communications strategies and technologies focused on improving the health of the public. CPHI links local, regional, national and international practitioners, faculty, staff, and students from a wide variety of disciplines to enhance public health informatics research, training and practice.

 
Research Center for Health Policy

Resource Center for Health Policy  -  RCHP

The mission of the Resource Center is to improve the quality of health policy analysis and decision-making by facilitating, initiating, and disseminating health policy research. The Resource Center is a multi-disciplinary program that also convenes meetings of multiple stakeholders in the health care system.
