The Health Services Department is located on the University of Washington campus, (Campus Map), on the 6th floor of the "H-wing" of the Health Sciences Building.

From the S-1 parking lot, access to the H-wing and Health Services is through the courtyard just east of the parking kiosk, (Gate 6). Enter the building through the doors on the right side of the courtyard and take the elevator to the 6th floor.
Note: The 6th floor of the H-wing does not connect directly to
the other wings. If you have difficulty finding H-664, ask for
help (Health Sciences faculty, students, and staff are quite friendly) or
call
us
for further directions.
Driving Directions
From I-5
Take exit 169 and drive east on NE 45th Street, approximately 1/2 mile to
15th Avenue NE, (the NW corner of campus). Turn right and drive
south on 15th Ave. NE., crossing the Pacific St. intersection. Continue 1
block south, following the road as it veers left, then stop at the parking kiosk, (Gate #6),
to purchase a parking permit and get directions.
From I-90
Take the I-5 exit north. Drive past downtown Seattle, then follow the
directions above for I-5
From SR-520
Take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Drive north on
Montlake Blvd. crossing the bridge. At the first light after the bridge, turn
left onto NE Pacific Street. Drive west approximately 1/4 mile and turn left on
15th Avenue NE. Continue 1
block south, following the road as it veers left, then stop at the parking kiosk, (Gate #6),
to purchase a
parking permit and get directions.
Parking
The lot nearest to the Department of Health Services is the S-1 lot across from the Health Sciences Complex. Stop at the parking kiosk, (Gate #6), to purchase a permit and get directions.
