For Non-Special Event Spaces
Requests for rooms are processed on a quarterly basis and in the order received. You are welcome to submit your request in roomQ up to two years in advance. Any requests containing dates that fall beyond Autumn 2013 will remain in the queue in the order submitted.
We are no longer accepting email requests at firstname.lastname@example.org. All new requests must be submitted via roomQ.
We are currently scheduling rooms for events occurring during Winter 2014 (1/6/14 – 3/30/14) and Spring 2014 (3/31/14 – 6/22/14). We anticipate scheduling course breakouts and non-course events in our non-special event spaces for future quarters at the times below (subject to change):
Summer 2014 (6/23/14 – 9/23/14) – mid/end-February 2014
Autumn 2014 (9/24/14 – 1/6/14) – mid/end-April 2014
Winter 2015 (1/5/15 – 3/29/14) – mid-October 2014

For Special Event Spaces
Special event spaces can be reserved up to a year in advance for the current date. Please see year-in-advance reservations for more information.
Special event spaces do not include classrooms, lecture halls, seminar rooms (except SCC 316), conference rooms (except SCC 354 and SCC 254), and labs since courses receive priority in these spaces, resulting in varying room availability each quarter.
