The Department of History at the University
of California, Riverside, invites applications for a two-quarter, full
time Visiting Assistant Professor in History of Science for the 2001-2002
academic year, preferably Fall and Winter Quarters.
Requirements include the Ph.D. and evidence
of outstanding teaching qualities with experience as the primary instructor
of courses. The position involves teaching two upper division courses
per quarter to include courses from the History of Science and the History
of Technology. Salary is negotiable.
