The 40th annual meeting of the SOUTHERN CONFERENCE ON SLAVIC STUDIES will be held March 14-16, 2002 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort Hotel. Panel and paper proposals are due by December 1, 2001 and should be sent to David Darrow at the address below. Panel and paper proposals in all fields (economics, film, history, language, literature, politics, religion, etc.) and all geographic areas (Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, etc.) related to Slavic studies are welcome.
