Ludmerer Receives Awards

Kenneth M. Ludmerer of Washington University received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of The Johns Hopkins University for his scholarly contributions to the history of science and medicine, and particularly for his recent book, Time to Heal: AMerican Medical Education from the Turn of the Century to the Era of Managed Care. Ludmerer also received the inaugural Daniel Tosteson Award for Leadership in Medical Education from the Harvard Medical School for Time to Heal.
