Palm Content for Nutritionists

Instead of working on a presentation, I took a few minutes to create content that was readable on Palm devices. Reference material is critical as a memory aid and as a learning tool.

This Web page is the first in what I hope will be a series of pages linking to conversions in a variety of formats and disciplines for use by my public health colleagues.

The content on this page is only available (right now) in iSilo format and HTML. I have created a link to the original document in HTML located on the NIH Medical Center Website and to the iSilo content which is available on my site.

iSilo is a software program that runs on your Palm device and enables you to view content that has been converted using the iSilo desktop. You can purchase the program from the iSilo.com Website for $12.00 to both view and read converted content. You can also download a free reader but the hypertext links don't work on that version.

Install iSilo according to the directions from the vendor.

To download one of these files, click on the iSilo version and save it to a known subdirectory or to your desktop. Open your Palm desktop software, find the file and click on it to add it to the list of files to be hotsynced the next time you do so. If you own InstallBuddy, just click on the file.

By the way, I have no financial interest in iSilo. It's just a terrifically useful program.
