HUB Event Services has a very dedicated group of professional and student staff that is committed to providing high quality services for your meetings, conferences, banquets and all other special events held in the HUB. HUB Event Services Student Staff
Our student staff is the lifeblood of the HUB and HUB Event Services. In keeping with SAUF's mission of student development, our students comprise a variety of positions throughout our organization. Students are trained to fill vital roles in HUB Reservations, Event Services and Building Management.
A sample of the responsiblities placed on our student staff include: processing and booking reservations; event setup and breakdown; technical equipment scheduling/setup/management; lighting management; 35-mm projectionist; event security, ticket taker, sound monitor; lost and found management; and, building opening/closing.
