Audio Visual Equipment and Services
It is our goal here at the HUB to provide
high quality technical and audio visual services for your meetings. Below
is a list of some of our audio visual and technical services. Please do
not hesitate to contact HUB Event Services at 206-543-8191 for assistance selecting
proper equipment.

PLEASE NOTE:
A Facility Services Assistant [FSA] may be required to handle
some equipment. Evening and weekend Ballroom or Auditorium events also require
scheduling
an assistant. These charges are reflected on your
confirmation/estimate. [2 hour minimum charge]
On occasion, HUB equipment is not available. Other
on- or off-campus rental services will be substituted and customers will
be notified of any adjusted charges.
No off-campus audio-visual companies may
be used without prior expressed consent from HUB Event Services.
Audio-visual equipment ordered with less than 3 days notice
is subject to a $5.00 late fee.
Audio-visual equipment canceled with less than 3 days notice
may still be charged to your reservation.
