Spring Quarter Reservations
Condon Classrooms are available for RSO, ASUW & GPSS business & organizations meetings. Reservation requests can be made using the online HUB reservation request, see below. Online Reservation requests will begin Monday, March 5th.
Condon Classrooms are NOT suitable for events or activities.
Condon Classroom Renovation!
Condon Classrooms will enter a renovation phase beginning Spring 2012 and will end Summer 2012. Rooms that will be remodeled and thus unavailable for scheduling are: 101, 105, 109, 115, 125, 128, 135, 139, 141.
Condon Classrooms available for scheduling during Spring quarter are: 110A, 110B, 223A, 223B, 223C.

Condon Reservation Guidelines
- Classroom Availability: Monday through Friday, 5:30pm – 10pm, and Saturdays 10am – 8pm.
- Food and Food Permits:
- Home-cooked/prepared food is strictly PROHIBITED from being served in Condon Classrooms.
- Food Permits are NOT REQUIRED if food is from the following sources: Pagliacci, Subway, Jimmy John’s, Chipotle, pizza chains, Bay Laurel, or pre-packaged food from grocery stores.
- Food Permits are REQUIRED for food from any other source and Food Permit must be posted on the outside of the door.
- For additional food and food permit information, contact your assigned SAO Adviser.
- Clean-Up: All trash must be picked up and cleared. Failure to do so will likely result in assessed cleaning fees.
- Amplified Sound: [Singing, pre-recorded music, DJ, microphoned speakers] Is allowed only in Condon Classrooms 110A, 110B, 128 and ONLY the Resource Center Public Address (PA) system may be used.
- Fundraising Permit: Is REQUIRED for any meeting involving Sales, Fundraising, Admission/Registration Fees, or Donations.
- Alcohol: Is NOT PERMITTED in Condon Classrooms.
- Set-Up: Most Condon Classrooms have fixed seating so furniture sets are "As Is."
In rooms with moveable furniture, sets must be returned to the original configuration.
Condon Reservation Requests
- Reservation Requests may only be made with an ASUW, GPSS, or RSO assigned email account.
Email hubres@uw.edu to set up your ASUW/GPSS/RSO reservation account.
- Reservation Requests must be made TWO (2) FULL BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Late Reservation Requests (less than two full business days) will not be accepted/processed.
- Reservation Requests may be submitted for the current quarter only.
- Reservations are limited to one per week for up to 3 hours. (Mon-Sat)
Condon Reservation Process
- Student logs into Online Reservation System with ASUW, GPSS or RSO email account and submits Reservation Request.
- Student receives automated email confirmation of Reservation Request.
- HUB Event Services reviews the Reservation Request.
- HUB Event Services sends Reservation Confirmation to student.
