Online HUB Reservation Request Form

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read carefully!

  1. Use of the online HUB Reservation Request form represents a request only. The information you provide - dates, proposed room selections, equipment and staffing needs - will be used to determine if we can actually accommodate your request. At no time, even after submitting this online request, do you have a confirmed reservation.

  2. After submitting your online request, a member from our office staff will contact you via EMAIL to complete your reservation request. At this time we will provide estimated pricing, actual facilities available, additional approvals that may be needed and answer additional questions you may have. In most cases you should receive a response within a maximum of 2 business days.

  3. The online request form will not accept reservation requests with less than two full working days notice. Please contact HUB Event Services directly for late requests at 206-543-8191.

    • ALL CUSTOMERS: The HUB Lawn and HUB Games Area cannot be reserved using this online form. Please contact HUB Event Services directly at 206-543-8191 or stop by HUB 204L to reserve the HUB Lawn. The HUB Games Area can be reserved online via their website.

    • STUDENTS/STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: This online request form can only be submitted by one of the five current 'officers' of a registered student organization (RSO). For more information about RSO officers or registration, contact the Student Activities Office at 206-543-2380. To check if you are an officer, go to the RSO Directory and look up your student organization.

    • STUDENT GOVERNMENT: Authorized ASUW/GPSS employees and representatives may also use this form.

    • DEPARTMENTS & STUDENTS: Series meeting room reservations (requesting a reservation more than twice a month) are accepted no earlier than two weeks prior to the applicable academic quarter. Check here for current dates.

    • OFF-CAMPUS CUSTOMERS: The University of Washington does allow some off campus use of its facilities. However, restrictions and additional Use of University Facilities approvals may apply. Someone from HUB Event Services will contact you with more information upon receiving your online request.
