HUB Event professional and student staff manage additional services/programs such as the HUB Info Desk, HUB Lost & Found, HUB Ticket Office, RSO Membership sales, HUB Bulletin Boards/Advertising, and HUB Locker rentals, in addition to managing Event Services.
The HUB is on track to serve upwards of 3308 scheduled meetings and events in the first year after the HUB Remodel out of 9305 reservation requests. [Numbers are current as of May 6, 2013]. HUB Event Services staff appreciates everyone’s patience as we continue to respond to unprecedented numbers of inquiries, process reservation requests and cancellations, and manage daily event setup and takedown.
