HUB Public Lounges
The HUB has two public lounges located on the first and second floors. On occassion, these public lounges may be reserved. Please note that reserving the lounges displaces students from popular study areas and other lounge users. Additionally, furniture storage must be arranged for the existing furniture. Because of this, HUB Event Services reviews and approves these requests on a case-by-case basis. Most often, the lounges are reserved as a registration or reception area for events held in nearby rooms.

The HUB Remodel is Moving Forward
The HUB has been approved for a major remodeling project to begin July 1, 2010. For this reason, HUB Event Services is unable to accept reservation requests for events and meetings that fall between July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2012.
HUB Event Services looks forward to providing you with updated and modernized HUB event space and services beginning in 2012!
