HUB Remodel
The HUB will be undergoing a major remodeling project starting July 1, 2010. For this reason, HUB Event Services is unable to accept reservation requests for events and meetings that fall between July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2012.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for your future event planning but it is our hope to provide the UW community with an updated and modernized HUB to meet the university's growing meeting and event needs.
HUB Event Services looks forward to working with you for your events and meetings in 2012 and beyond. Information about the new HUB event spaces and reservations will be posted on our website as it becomes available during the remodel project.
