Series Reservations
A Series Reservation is a group of meetings that occur every week, or every other week, etc. Series reservation requests for the HUB are accepted no earlier than the dates listed below and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Fall Quarter 2009 :: September 11, 2009
- Winter Quarter 2010 :: December 4, 2009
- Spring Quarter 2010 :: March 5, 2010

The HUB Remodel is Moving Forward
The HUB has been approved for a major remodeling project to begin July 1, 2010. For this reason, HUB Event Services is unable to accept reservation requests for events and meetings that fall between July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2012.
HUB Event Services looks forward to providing you with updated and modernized HUB event space and services beginning in 2012!
