Ticket Sales & Staffing
All day-of-event ticket sales for any student event in the HUB must be conducted through the HUB Ticket Office. No day-of-event ticket sales are allowed "at the door" for any event in the HUB.
All student events in the HUB are required to use pre-printed, numbered tickets for advance or day-of-event sales.
Admission charges for any event in the HUB (including donations and fees assessed to event participants) will result in a higher facility rate.
HUB Event Services will address ticket sales and staffing for events hosted by a UW department or off-campus entity.
HUB Ticket Office
We strongly recommend that all student events utilize HUB Ticket Office services. They can provide pre-numbered ticket stock or custom printed tickets. Printing and service charges apply.
The HUB Ticket Office closes weekdays at 4:30 pm. Staffing for evening and weekend event ticket sales must be requested at least two weeks in advance. Student government and student organizations must work with their SAO Adviser to coordinate ticket sales and ticket sale staffing requests with the HUB Ticket Office.
ADVANCE SALES: Cash, check, Husky Card payment accepted.
DAY-OF-EVENT SALES: Cash or Husky Card payment accepted, 2 hour scheduling minimum.
The Ticket Office is located between the HUB Newsstand and Cashier Office on the HUB first floor. Please contact Jason Hansen for all your Ticket Office sales and staffing needs at 206-543-2277.
Ticket Takers
HUB Event Services will schedule ticket taker staff for your event based on your event details. Please address all your ticket sales and staffing needs at your Event Planning Meeting.
