The HUB Remodel is Moving Forward
The HUB has been approved for a major remodeling project to begin July 1, 2010. For this reason, HUB Event Services is unable to accept reservation requests for events and meetings that fall between July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2012.
HUB Event Services looks forward to providing you with updated and modernized HUB event space and services beginning in 2012!

The online request form is a convenient way for customers to submit their meeting and event requests to HUB Event Services. Please contact us if you encounter any problems with the online request form.

Late Requests
The form does not accept requests with less than 2 days of your requested event date. For late request, please contact HUB Event Services directly or review our Express Meeting webpage for additional information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
By submitting this Reservation Request, I am agreeing to the following:
- I understand that the submission of the online Reservation Request form represents a request only.
- I understand HUB Event Services will review my request and based on the nature and complexity of my request, will contact me within 3-7 business days with room, furniture, equipment and service availability and price estimates.
- I understand that HUB Event Services will provide me with a Reservation Confirmation at the point my request is actually booked. Further, I will comply with all stated policies, requirements and deadlines in the Reservation Confirmation.
- I understand that misrepresenting the nature of my event/meeting or omitting pertinent details of my event/meeting will likely result in additional charges or may lead to cancellation and/or denial of future facility use.
