Billeting options

If you are a current or recent graduate student and would like to stay with a local graduate student, please let us know and we'll see what we can arrange, on a first come / first served basis. Just send an email to conf25@uw.edu with the subject heading "Billeting Request."

***The room rates for the first three hotels are good until September 21, 2009; for the fourth hotel the deadline for registration at conference rate is October 12.***

Please be sure to mention that you want a reservation in the “Hypatia Room Block” to ensure that you get the discounted conference rates listed here. Note that the weekend of the conference, October 22-24, is UW Homecoming weekend, so be sure to reserve a room early.
