Hypatia 25th Anniversary Conference: Registration
We are asking all conference participants to pay a registration fee ($50 for faculty; $25 for students) and a $35 banquet fee for the (optional) conference dinner on Saturday evening. Registration is required for admission to all conference sessions, apart from the Friday evening keynote panel and gala reception which are open to the public. In addition to conference admission, your registration fee covers lunches on Friday and Saturday (October 23 and 24), beverages and snacks throughout the conference, and the opening reception on Thursday (October 22). Online registration closed on October 19. If you have not yet registered, please plan to register at the conference. Note that we can accept only checks/cash at the registration desk.
The on-site registration and information desk will be available as follows:
- 3:30 on Thursday afternoon: Simpson Center (Comm 204)
Please feel free to drop in before the opening keynote panel for coffee and tea
- 8:30 on Friday morning, through the day: HUB Auditorium foyer
- 8:30 on Saturday morning, through the day: Simpson Center (Comm 204)
