July 2nd 2005 Delegates are invited to attend the conference dinner to be held on the evening of Saturday July 2nd at Aberdare Hall, a beautiful wood-panelled Victorian house five minutes walk away from the conference accommodation. The cost of the dinner will be £30 fully inclusive. It must be booked in advance, when registering for the conference. If you would like to attend, please fill in section 4 of the registration form. The dinner will begin with a Champagne
welcome (Pigalle Brut), followed by a 5 course special dinner with wines
(La Campagne Cabernet Sauvignon, VdP d'Oc and
Appetiser Deep fried Camembert with
red pepper pesto coating and gooseberry compôte
Saddle of lamb with port
and sage sauce
Fouladi flan with crème patissière and fresh fruit
