At Dhulikhel Hospital-Kathmandu University Hospital, she has worked as a research assistant for various qualitative and quantitative noncommunicable disease studies, including research focused on cancer and diabetes. Ms. Jha is also engaged in a cardiovascular (CVD) disease project where she is identifying relevant needs for capacity-building. During her work at Dhulikhel hospital, Ms. Jha co-authored several CVD-related manuscripts. Currently She is working as a Program Manager at \u201cCreative Solution for Health\u201d in a project entitled \u201cStrengthening Maternal and Neonatal Health Services in partnership with local government\u201d funded by One Heart Worldwide.\u00a0 Her primary research interest is non-communicable diseases, especially cardiovascular health.
