Many of the instructors at the IC like to give workshops for specific classes. Biology, chemistry, math and physics are very popular but are not necessarily the only ones offered. As such we suggest that students consult an instructor from the drop-in section in which they are interested. Most of the the drop-in sections offer a way to sign up for workshops. Most of the sections use sign up sheets for each class which students fill out with their name and schedule. However, physics and engineering students can sign up online through the IC Physics website. The IC instructors will periodically email students concerning the workshops currently being offered. To be sure that they are receiving the updates, we suggest that they give their email addresses to an IC instructor in each section that interests them. |
