We strongly
recommend that students who have no chemistry background or who
have not taken chemistry for a long time take Chem 110 before enrolling
in the general chemistry series(Chem 142-152-162)
We also recommend
that students in the organic chemistry series take their organic
labs at a later quarter. Specifically, Chem 241, while it can be
taken concurrently with Chem 238, we suggest that Chem 241 should
be taken AFTER Chem 238, perhaps concurrently with Chem 239.
