Sign Up for Workshops - Spring 2013

The link below will open a form which can be used to sign up for workshops. Please fill out the entire form. Incomplete or improperly completed forms will not be processed but you will be told what the problem is and then be given a chance to correct your submission. Do not include more than one person per submission please. If you are taking more than one physics or engineering classes, you may sign up for workshops in each class that you are taking but only once per class. Workshops are only given on weekdays--not on Saturdays or Sundays.
