Eric P. Larsen
Eric Larsen, CFA, Managing Director, is the head of the Information Systems group within BlackRock Alternative Advisors, the firm's fund of funds platform.
Mr. Larsen joined BlackRock in 2007 following the acquisition of the fund of funds business of Quellos Group, LLC. At Quellos, he served as a Principal, and led the Information Technology Group. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Larsen was a Senior Consultant with Metamor Technologies, responsible for managing information systems projects, technical designs and developing new business. He began his career as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting, LLP in 1992.
Mr. Larsen serves on the Founding Board for the Information School at the University of Washington and on the Finance Advisory Board for DePaul University. He earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois in 1992, and an MBA degree, with distinction, from DePaul University in 1998.
