The Waterfront Activities Center, located directly behind Husky Stadium on Union Bay and the Montlake Cut, offers canoe and rowboat rentals, storage of non-motorized craft for students, faculty/staff, and alumni association members, and a lounge/meeting room available for use by university groups and departments. The Washington Yacht Club, Kayak Club , and Union Bay Rowing Club organize their activities at the WAC. Email clubspo@uw.edu for more information on these clubs. Sound Transit ConstructionWe are open for business during the Sound Transit construction. Call 206-543-9433 for more information. Paid parking is available directly in front of the WAC for $3.00 per hour. Pay station accepts credit cards. Those that already have a UW parking permit for another area can obtain out-of-area parking permits from the gatehouse on the south side of the hospital and can park in E-21.
