Postdoctoral Positions

The Department of Immunology is home to more than 75 post-doctoral trainees, who come from wide-variety of backgrounds but share a common interest in the immune system. If you are interested in post-doctoral opportunities with faculty members of the department, we encourage you to contact them directly. You may find a description of research interests, current post-doctoral trainees and contact information in the faculty section of this web site. We are aware of the following postdoctoral opportunities in other departments or institutions:

  • A postdoctoral position is available to study the role of immunoglobulin receptor signaling in microglia/brain macrophages in the UW Department of Neurology. See link for details.
  • A postdoctoralposition is available in the HIV Program at Seattle Biomedical Research Institute. See link for details.
    A postdoctoral scientist position is available in the TB Program at Seattle Biomedical Research Institute. See link for details.
  • A postdoctoral position is available in the Van Gelder lab, UW Department of Ophthalmology to study novel pathogens in human ocular inflammatory disease. Candidates should have significant experience in molecular biology including complex cloning methods and proteomic analysis. Inquiries to ophth@u.washington.edu.
