TEAM AROUND THE CHILD: WORKING TOGETHER IN EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION

This book is written by Sue Davies and members of the Kurrajong Early Intervention Service team in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia, who together have a wide range of expertise and experience in the early intervention area. The team consists of therapists, special educators, and family support workers. Family-centered, transdisciplinary team work with the ‘Team Around the Child’ concept is the basis for the innovative, dynamic service delivery model developed by the Kurrajong Early Intervention Service. An outcomes measurement tool kit has been developed through the project which is included on a disc as part of the book.
