Charter:

To define stakeholders (scoping issue) and interview.  Need to define interview questions and process (surveys, focus groups, etc.)

The following will be included in this definition process:

• Full range of stakeholders (internal/external; Students, faculty, staff, researchers, alumni, patients, deans, administrators)
• Existing documentation
• Key offices, programs, projects (C&C, TACs, USER, Library, Learning Technologies, hospitals, etc).
• Focus groups, catalyst survey, interviews
