Charge to the Task Force:

1. To determine the current, broad-based status of information services and systems across the University of Washington.
2. To determine, from a wide range of stakeholders, major issues, concerns, and areas of need.
3. To lay out a broad, 5-10 year vision: what should the UW be aiming for?
4. To determine and weigh alternative strategies to achieving the vision.
5. To propose a University-wide strategy for achieving the vision.
