Tom currently works as a consultant with EdCoach, a new program designed to provide on-site technical assistance to principals. He retired last year from Seattle School District, where he served as principal at three high schools during his career. These schools were Franklin High School, Chief Sealth High School, and Rainier Beach High School. Tom also has middle school experience as the Director of Middle School Programs (Seattle SD) and as principal at McKnight Middle School (Renton SD) and Post Middle School (Arlington SD).
