Vicki currently works as a consultant with EdCoach, a new program designed to provide on-site technical assistance to acting principals. Vicki has been an elementary principal for the last 18 years. She recently retired from Kimball Elementary in Seattle School District, where they put together a very strong instructional technology plan. Prior to that, she was principal at Highland Park Elementary in West Seattle for 6 years. Vicki served the Seattle public schools as Program Supervisor for Special Education, she was a school psychologist, and she worked with the Puget Sound ESD as an administrative assistant in special services. She began her career as a elementary teacher for grades 4, 5, and 6.
