Carolyn owns and serves as the principal consultant of Gellermann and Associates with over twenty years of experience in the fields of leadership development, team building, conflict resolution and negotiation. She has consulted and conducted training in public, private, and non-profit sectors over the course of her career. She has contracted to work with the Seattle School District, Lake Washington School District, The National and Washington State Associations for School Principals and School Directors, as well as many other local, state, and international organizations, to lead workshops in organizational change, long-range planning, and team building.
