Margery B. Ginsberg is an associate professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington-Seattle and lead faculty for Leadership for Learning (L4L) where she teaches courses on instructional renewal, school improvement, adult and professional learning, and the scholarship of practice. Her teaching and research interests are intrinsic motivation as the foundation of school and organizational renewal, culturally responsive schools, adult learning, and leadership preparation. She is Co-Director of the AIM Center, which is housed in Seattle's Cleveland High School. (The AIM Center)
